Application Value of Visualization Health Education Combined with Specialist Nurse-guided Perioperative Respiratory Training Prescription on Patients with Lung Cancer Surgery

Abstract：Objective:To explore the application value of visualization health education combined with specialist nurse-guided perioperative respiratory training prescription on patients undergoing lung cancer surgery.Methods:From June 2020 to June 2023,210 patients receiving lung cancer surgery admitted to Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital were studied.By means of random envelope method,the patients were classified into observation group(105 cases,visualization health education combined with specialist nurse-guided perioperative respiratory training prescription)and control group(105 cases,routine nursing).Negative emotions,exercise tolerance and lung function before intervention and at 6 months after intervention,compliance and nursing satisfaction after intervention and postoperative complications were compared between groups.Results:After intervention,hospital anxiety and depression scale-anxiety(HADS-A)score was decreased in both groups,and the score in observation group was lower(t=6.553,P＜0.05).The 6 minites walk test(6MWT),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in 1 seconds(FEV1),FEV1projected value(FEV1％)in both groups were increased after intervention,and the indexes were higher in observation group(P＜0.05).The total compliance rate and total nursing satisfaction in observation group were higher while the incidence of complications was lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Visualization health education combined with specialist nurse-guided perioperative respiratory training prescription for patients with lung cancer surgery can relieve negative emotions,enhance exercise tolerance and lung function,improve respiratory training compliance and nursing satisfaction,and reduce incidence of complications.
