Abstract:Objection:To observe the results and promotion value of the application of case-based learning(CBL)combined with project based group study(PBGS)diversified teaching model in the teaching of rehabilitation internship students. Methods:From July 2023 to August 2024,selecting 60 undergraduates of Rehabilitation Therapy from Class 2019 and Class 2020 who performed rotational internships in the Departments of Rehabilitation, the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University as study subjects, they were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group corresponding to the regular internship teaching, the observation group corresponding to the"CBL+PBGS"diversified teaching method.Comparing the assessment scores of the theoretical examination, practical operation test and satisfaction survey of rehabilitation internship students. Results:The theoretical knowledge and clinical practical skills scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group;the satisfaction of the experimental group students with teaching was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of"CBL+PBGS"diversified teaching in undergraduate clinical teaching of rehabilitation therapy is superior to traditional teaching. This model is conducive to improving the rehabilitation professional skills and comprehensive quality of rehabilitation therapy students, thus better adapting to clinical rehabilitation internships.
