Abstract:Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of the combined use of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides and dapagliflozin in patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:A total of 105 patients with diabetic nephropathy(DN)who received treatment at Luohe Central Hospital from 2022 to 2024 were selected as the subjects and randomly divided into conventional group(52 cases)and combined group(53 cases). The conventional group received treatment with dapagliflozin, while those in the combined group were treated with a combination of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides and dapagliflozin.During the treatment process, renal function-related indicators, blood glucose metabolism-related indicators, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups of patients were carefully observed and meticulously recorded. Results:After treatment, renal function improved in both groups, with more significant improvement observed in the combined group, and the differences were statistically signficant(P<0.05).The levels of blood glucose in the combined group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically signficant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the combined group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically signficant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycosides and dapagliflozin can significantly optimize renal function and blood glucose metabolism-related indicators in patients with diabetic nephropathy, while effectively reducing the incidence of complications.
