Abstract:Objective:To investigate the status quo of health belief in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its relationship with compliance in rehabilitation training, and to provide research basis for the design of health belief intervention programs for patients with COPD.Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 300 COPD patients treated in the respiratory department of a number of first-class hospitals in Jinan City with Champion health belief model scale,self-perceived burden scale and exercise compliance questionnaire.AMOS 22.0 was used to analyze the mediating effect of the data. Results:The total score of health belief(135.52±22.28)points,the total score of self-perceived burden(23.33±4.28)points,the overall score of exercise compliance was low,and the compliance was generally poor.In COPD patients, health belief was negatively correlated with perceived burden, positively correlated with exercise compliance, and negatively correlated with perceived burden and exercise compliance. Conclusion:The health belief of COPD patients in this study was at a high level.Patients'perceived burden was lower, and their perceived economic burden was heavier. The patients generally had poor exercise compliance, and most of them had exercise intensity compliance. The higher the patients'health belief, the weaker their self-perceived burden, and the stronger their exercise compliance.
