Abstract：With the rapid global technological advancements,as an emerging form of productivity,new quality productive forces have propelled the development of the healthcare industry by integrating innovative technologies and optimizing resource allocation.However,the construction of hospital disciplines faces challenges such as outdated technical tools,incomplete innovation mechanisms,and insufficient interdisciplinary collaboration,making traditional models unsuitable for modern healthcare systems.New quality productive forces,driven by technology,digitalization,and intelligent systems,are guiding hospital discipline development towards higher quality.Through an analysis of the theoretical and practical logic of new quality productive forces,the study explores the key roles of technological innovation,interdisciplinary collaboration,digital transformation,and talent cultivation in advancing hospital discipline development.It proposes practical development paths focused on driving innovation through technology and interdisciplinary integration,fostering innovative talent cultivation models,and accelerating the construction of digital platforms alongside intelligent hospital management.
