Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of the teaching mode of mind mapping combined with problem-based learning(PBL)+team-based learning(TBL)+case-based learning(CBL)in medical imaging.Methods:103 clinical medicine students who studied at University City Hospital affiliated to Chongqing Medical Universityin 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the control group with 51 students(Phase Ⅰ)and an experimental group with 52 students(Phase Ⅱ)according to different semesters. Both groups were used the same version of"Medical Imaging"as the textbook. The control group received traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group received a combination of mind mapping and TBL+CBL+PBL teaching. The two groups of students were compared of the scores of theoretical assessment and practical application assessment, and the thinking ability was investigated. Results:The theoretical analysis, comprehensive application, and overall score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the practical results of patient examination process, medical technology and nursing workflow, and precautions were higher than those of the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).The diagnostic thinking score and Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory Chinese Version(CTDI-CV)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of mind mapping and TBL+CBL+PBL teaching promotes students'mastery of medical imaging knowledge, improves practical skills, cultivates students'critical thinking, and enhances teaching effectiveness.
