Study on the Status Quo and Influencing Factors of Mental Resilience in Patients with Uterine Fibroids

Abstract:Objective:To explore the current situation of psychological resilience and influencing factors in patients with total hysterectomy.Methods:A total of 96 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent total hysterectomy in Jiaozuo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to March 2024 were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey using general data ques-tionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Chinese version of Mental Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)and Simple Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ).To investigate the status quo of mental resilience of patients,multiple linear regression analysis of the risk factors affecting mental resilience of patients.Results:The total score of CD-RISC in 96 patients with hysterectomy was(60.03±8.65);univariate analysis showed that the marital status,age,social support,educational level and coping style of patients with to-tal hysterectomy of uterine fibroids were related to their psychological elasticity(P<0.05);multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age,marital status,social support,education level and coping style of patients with total hysterectomy of uterine fi-broids were all high-risk factors affecting their psychological elasticity(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological elasticity of pa-tients with total hysterectomy need to be improved,such as young age,poor marital status,low education level,low social support level and low negative coping level.
