Clinical Application Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Staging Therapy Assisted in Vitro Fertilization Embryo Transfer Based on the Theory of"Heterozygous Treatment"

Abstract：Objective:Observing the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine staging therapy based on the theory of"heterozygous treatment"in assisting in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)treatment of infertility.Methods:Selecting 85 female infertility patients admitted to The Second People's Hospital of Henan Province from January 2021 to February 2023.They were divided into a conventional group(n=42)and a traditional Chinese medicine group(n=43)using a computer randomization method.The conventional group received IVF-ET treatment,while the traditional Chinese medicine group received traditional Chinese medicine staging therapy based on the"heterozygous treatment"theory to assist IVF-ET treatment.The hormone levels,uterine blood flow parameters,and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:Under different treatment plans,the follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),anti Mullerian hormone(AMH),and number of antral follicles(AFC)in the traditional Chinese medicine group were all higher than those in the conventional group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05);the uterine artery pulsatility index(PI),uterine artery resistance index(RI),whole blood high shear viscosity,and whole blood low shear viscosity in the traditional Chinese medicine group were all lower than those in the conventional group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05);the clinical pregnancy rate in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than the conventional group,and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was lower than the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Based on the theory of"heterozygous treatment",traditional Chinese medicine staging therapy assisted with IVF-ET can improve hormone levels in patients with infertility,and has positive significance in improving uterine blood flow and pregnancy outcomes.
