Abstract：Cholangiocarcinoma(CCA)is a malignant tumor with poor prognosis,and its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year.Most patients have already developed to the advanced stage at the time of initial diagnosis.With the development of molecular diagnosis technology and the discovery of new biomarkers,it provides an attractive opportunity for early diagnosis of CCA patients.It summarizes the latest research progress of biomarkers in the genome of CCA in recent years is reviewed,which is expected to provide guidance and reference for the early clinical diagnosis and prognosis of CCA.
