Analysis of the Application of Cold Precipitation Coagulation Factors in Yinchuan Area

Abstract：Objective:To understand the clinical application of cold precipitation coagulation factor in medical institutions in Yinchuan area,analyze the existing problems,and provide effective references for the rational formulation of inventory levels and clinical blood guidance.Methods:Statistical analysis was conducted on the preparation of cold precipitated coagulation factors in Ningxia Blood Center from 2019 to 2023,and the clinical use of cold precipitated coagulation factors in 37 blood hospitals in Yinchuan area.Results:37 medical institutions in the Yinchuan area had used 111 886 units of cold precipitation coagulation factor in the past 5 years,with a supply trend increasing year by year.The proportion of usage in tertiary hospitals reached 97.6%,while the usage in secondary hospitals,private and military hospitals remained at a relatively low level.Conclusion:The usage of cold precipitation coagulation factors in clinical blood institutions in Yinchuan region has been increasing year by year from 2019 to 2023,with a significant increase in tertiary hospitals(P＜0.05).In today's world where tight and balanced blood supply has become the norm,it is necessary to reasonably balance the amount of cold precipitation and new plasma preparation,develop better inventory management models,and effectively alleviate blood supply pressure.
