Correlation of Self-management with Mood Disorders and Adult Attachment in Young and Middle-aged Hemodialy-sis Patients

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the correlation of self-management,emotional disorders and adult attachment in young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients.Methods:Selecting 207 middle-aged and young hemodialysis patients from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March 2023 to December 2023,Investigate patients'self-management,emotional disorders,and adult attachment,and analyze the correlation between self-management,emotional disorders,and adult attachment.Results:Total score of self-management scale(HDSMI)of young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients(47.75±5.69),the average score was the lowest,meal score of partnership dimension is the highest;the Zung Anxiety Self-assessment Scale(SAS)score(58.41±3.61),Zung Depression Self-assessment Scale(SDS)score(59.31±2.08);attachment avoidance(65.13±15.27)score in the intimate relationship experience scale(ECR)of young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients,attachment anxiety(63.89±11.34)score;the total score and dimensions of HDSMI were negatively correlated with SAS,SDS scores,attachment avoidance,and attachment anxiety(P<0.05).Conclusion:Young and middle-aged hemodialysis patients self management level is medium,remains to be improved,and anxiety depression and adult attachment also needs to ease,patients with self management by cultural level,medical expenses payment,dialysis time,so the low level of education,medical expenses more and long dialysis patients need to strengthen the guidance and support.The lower the degree of emotional disorder and the lower the level of adult attachment,the higher the level of self-management.Medical workers need to actively take intervention measures to reduce the negative psychological state of patients,improve adult attachment,and help improve the level of self-management of patients.
