Abstract：It proposes a novel principle termed"Subgroup Mixable Estimation",with the ultimate goal of reliably inferring treatment effects for both individual subgroups and their mixtures,identifying optimal therapies for specific subpopulations,and ensuring that the estimation of treatment effects adheres to logical consistency.It illustrates the application of this principle to time-to-event data through concrete examples.
