Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(TDCS)combined with occupational therapy(OT)on limb function and neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:70 cases of cerebral infarction patients from Puyang Oilfield General Hospital from October 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into two groups, with 35 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional drug treatment. In addition to this, the control group received TDCS therapy, while the observation group received TDCS combined with occupational therapy.Compare the changes in clinical efficacy, comprehensive motor ability, neurological function, and quality of life between two groups of patients. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate, comprehensive motor ability, quality of life score of observation group were higher than control group,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)Score were lower than control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:TDCS combined with occupational therapy demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in the rehabilitation of stroke patients, effectively improving motor function, neurological function, and quality of life.
