Abstract:Objective:To analyze the long-term efficacy of precision biliary surgery technology in patients with gallbladder cancer, and explore the impact of this technology on serum neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH).Methods:20 patients who underwent traditional surgical treatment between October 2017 and April 2019 were selected as the control group, and 23 patients who underwent precision biliary surgery between May 2019 and April 2021 were selected as the experimental group. The clinical data of the two groups were retrospectively analyzed to compare the surgical outcomes,long-term survival rates, and serum NLR,CA19-9,LDH.Results:The no residual tumor(R0)resection rate of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the microscopic residual tumor(R1)and macroscopic residual tumor(R2)resection rate was lower than that of the control group, and the number of lymph node dissections was more than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)the serum NLR,CA19-9,and LDH levels on 7th day after surgery of the experimental group was lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the 1-year and 3-year survival rates of patients in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The number of lymph nodes removed during precise biliary surgery for gallbladder cancer is relatively high, which can improve postoperative prognosis and long-term survival rates.
