Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, improving pain and quality of life based on Autar risk assessment. Methods:A total of 94 patients with femoral fractures admitted to Nanyang Central Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly assigned to control group(n=47)and observation group(n=47).The control group were provided with routine care, and the observation group took nursing based on the Autar risk assessment. The incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT),pain condition, and comfort level were compared between the two groups. Results:The observation group obtained lower incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis and complications than the control group after nursing, and the differences were statistically different(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the observation group had better scores of numerical rating scale(NRS)score and general comfort questionnaire(GCQ),and the differences were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention based on Autar risk assessment can reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients with femoral fractures, which is conducive to reducing pain and increasing comfort.
