Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of homogenization management model in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients with central venous catheterization(CVC).Methods:From March 2021 to June 2023,a prospective investigation was carried out on 80 cases of MHD patients treated in Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital, they were assigned to control group(n-40)and observation group(n=40)with random numerical table. The patients of control group were provided with regular nursing, whereas the patients of observation group received homogenization management. The two groups were compared in terms of their cognition of the disease, psychological resilience, compliance behavior, the rate of catheter-related complications, quality of life, and patients' satisfaction. Results:The observation group had higher total score of the Revised Chinese Illness Perception Questionnaire(CIPQ-R),scores of Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),score of compliance behavior,Generic Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI)-74 score and satisfaction score compared with the control group after nursing with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The observation group obtained lower incidence of catheter-related complications than the control group with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The homogenization management model can improve MHD patients'cognition of the disease, further improve their psychological resilience, promote the improvement of their compliance behavior, reduce the occurrence of catheter-related complications, facilitate the improvement and enhancement of their quality of life, and patients are highly satisfied with the nursing services.
