Impact of Integrated Medical Care Intervention on Postoperative Rehabilitation Process,Bladder Function and Prognosis of Patients with Endometrial Cancer

Abstract:Objective:To explore the role of integrated medical care intervention in patients with endometrial cancer.Methods:A total of 88 patients with endometrial cancer admitted to Zhengzhou People's Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(n=44)and the observation group(n=44)by the random number table method.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group received integrated medical care intervention.Comparing the two groups with negative mood,postoperative rehabilitation process,recovery of bladder function,complication rate,quality of life level,and patient satisfaction with nursing services.Results:After the nursing care,the depression-anxiety-stress scale(DASS)score,short form 36 health survey(SF-36)score,postoperative rehabilitation indicators,recovery of bladder function and satisfaction score of the patients in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated medical care intervention of medical care can effectively regulate the adverse psychological state of endometrial cancer patients,accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process,facilitate the improvement and recovery of bladder function,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,promote the improvement of patients' quality of life,so as to improve patient satisfaction.
