Abstract:Objective:To explore the specific effects of swallowing-breathing coordination training combined with tongue pressure resistance feedback training on patients with swallowing disorders after cerebralvascular accident(CVA).Methods:A total of 80 patients with swallowing disorders after CVA admitted to Zhoukou Central Hospital from January 2020 to April 2024 were divided into control group(n=40),received routine rehabilitation training, and observation group(n=40),received swallowing-breathing coordination training combined with tongue pressure resistance feedback training. The hyoid motor function, swallowing function, feeding ability and life quality were compared. Results:After the training, the hyoid motor function, swallowing function, feeding ability score and quality of life score of the patients in the observation group were all better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with swallowing disorders after CVA,the use of swallowing-breathing coordination training combined with tongue pressure resistance feedback training can effectively improve the hyoid motor function and feeding ability, promote the recovery of swallowing function, and improve the life quality of patients.
