Abstract:Objective:To observe the application effectiveness of phased rehabilitation training based on the Information-Knowledge-Attitude-Practice(IKAP)model for patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH).Methods:A total of 118 patients with SAH admitted to Xinyang No.154 Hospital from October 2021 to March 2023 were enrolled as study subjects.Using computerized randomization, they were divided into a conventional group(n-59)and an IKAP group(n=59).The conventional group underwent standard rehabilitation training, while the IKAP group received phased neurological rehabilitation training based on the IKAP protocol. The health cognition, psychological status[General Self Efficacy Scale(GESE),Self Efficacy Scale(GSES),Connor Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC)],neurological and limb function recovery[Neurofunctional Impairment Scale(NIHSS),Modified Rakin Scale(mRs),Simplified Fugl Meyer Motor Function Assessment(FMA)],and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:Under different rehabilitation training modes, the IKAP group scored higher than the conventional group in terms of pathological knowledge, rehabilitation points, precautions during rehabilitation, personal management points, and other dimensions, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The GESE and CD-RISC scores of the IKAP group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and mRs score of the IKAP group were lower than those of the conventional group, and the FMA score was higher than that of the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of comorbidities in the IKAP group was lower than that of the conventional group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The stage based rehabilitation training based on IKAP can enhance the health cognition and improve the psychological state of SAH patients, and has a positive significance in promoting the recovery of neurological and limb functions and reducing the risk of complications.
