Abstract:Objective:To explore the training effect and feasibility of endoscopic specialist nurses in the hospital school collaborative teaching mode. Methods:A total of 74 specialized nurses who studied in Deyang People's Hospital from August 2020 to March 2024 were selected as the research subjects.A historical controlled study design was used to select 37 nurses who studied in our department from August 2020 to March 2022 as the control group;a total of 37 nurses who received specialized training in laparoscopic nursing in our hospital from August 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the experimental group. The control group received training on conventional teaching methods, while the experimental group received training on the college school collaborative teaching mode. The theoretical assessment scores, vocational operation assessment scores, job competence, and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared after the training. Results:After the training, the theoretical assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the specialized operation skills assessment scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the job competency scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application training of specialized nurses using the hospital school collaborative mode can improve their theoretical scores, specialized operation scores, job competencies, and teaching satisfaction.
