Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical value of quantitative parameters of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(DCE-MRI)in evaluating the infiltration of endometrial cancer(EC)lesions. Methods:A total of 68 EC patients admitted to Shuyang Hospital Affiliated to Xuzhou Medical University from April 2021 to June 2024 were selected and subjected to standardized DCE-MRI examinations. The quantitative parameters of rate constant(Kep),capacity transfer constant(Ktrans),and volume ratio of extracellular spaces outside of blood vessels(Ve)were measured.Pathological methods were used to determine the depth of muscle infiltration in the lesion, and patients were divided into non infiltration group(13 cases),superficial muscle infiltration group(32 cases),and deep muscle infiltration group(23 cases).Pearson correlation analysis was applied to analyze the correlation between various quantitative parameters and the depth of endometrial cancer invasion. It implemented receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve drawing, and evaluated the specific efficacy of MRI in diagnosing muscle infiltration in EC patients. Results:The extravascular volume fraction(Ve),rate constant(Kep),and volume transfer constant(Ktrans)of the superficial and deep muscle infiltration groups were higher than the non infiltration group, while the above indicators were higher in the deep muscle infiltration group than in the superficial muscle infiltration group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the Pearson analysis, the infiltration depth of EC muscle layer is positively correlated with Kep and Ktrans(r=0.673,0.024,P<0.05),but not with Ve(r=0.326,P>0.05).Among these three parameters,Ktrans has the highest sensitivity, and specificity. Conclusion:In the quantitative parameters of DCE-MRI,Ve,Kep,and Ktrans increased with the depth of EC infiltration, and Ktrans and Kep were positively correlated with them, which has important diagnostic value in this regard.
