Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of precise low ligation based on preoperative enhanced computer tomography(CT)in No.253 lymph node dissection. Methods:The data of 80 patients undergoing laparoscopic lymph node dissection were retrospectively analyzed and divided into high ligation group(n=36)and low ligation group(n=44)according to different surgical plans.Compare the basic indicators of two groups of patients.No.253 lymph node dissection time and amount of No.253 lymph node dissection,as well as postoperative complications such as anastomotic hemorrhage, anastomotic leakage, urinary retention and quality of life. Results:The operation time of patients in the low ligation group was significantly longer, the time and number of lymph node dissections at No.253 were greater, the incidence of complications such as anastomotic bleeding, anastomotic leakage, and urinary retention was lower, and the quality of life was better 3 months after the operation. The differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Accurate low ligation based on enhanced CT before surgery has significant advantages in the laparoscopic operation of No.253 lymph node dissection with left colic artery preserved. This can improve the thoroughness of lymph node dissection, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
