Abstract:Objective:To analyze the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC).Methods:A total of 120 patients with ICC admitted to Zhengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to October 2024 were selected as study objects and divided into two groups according to the number table method(n=60).The control group was treated with interventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion to evaluate the curative effect. Results:Compared with the control group, the effective rate of the observation group was higher, the complication incidence was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.927,4.386;P<0.05);after treatment, the TCM syndrome score in the observation group was lower, with statistically significant difference(t=1 1.222,10.096,9.181,16.309,12.989;P<0.001);the levels of(cluster of differentiation 3 positive CD3+)and(cluster of differentiation 4 positive CD4+)in the observation group were higher, while the levels of(cluster of differentiation 8 positive CD8+)in the observation group were lower, with statistically significant difference(t=3.696,6.887,33.246;P<0.001).Conclusion:While taking the surgery on patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, the application of acupuncture and moxibustion greatly improved the curative effect, including improving symptoms and immune function, and reducing related complications.
