Abstract:Objective:The expression and survival prognosis of SRC kinase-associated phosphoprotein 2(SKAP2)in ovarian serous cancer(OV)analyzed by bioinformatics is designed to provide a reference for tumor risk assessment and treatment. Methods:Chromosome localization and tissue specificity of SKAP were analyzed by GEO database;SKAP2 related genes in ovarian cancer were analyzed based on LinkedOmics database;the relationship between SKAP2 and survival prognosis of OV patients was explored with the Kaplan-Meier Plotter database;SKAP2 between normal ovary and OV tissues was compared using the GEPIA2 database;the differences of SKAP2 in different cells of ovarian tissue were analyzed based on the Human Protein Atlas;the SKAP2 protein interaction network map was constructed with the help of String-db database;the UALCAN database was used to mine the proteomic expression profiles associated with the SKAP2.Results:The expression level of SKAP2 in OV was higher than that of normal ovarian tissue(P<0.05);when the analysis of co-expressed genes was available,RP2,FBXL5,TGOLN2,NUMB and other genes were positively correlated with SKAP2 expression;the overall survival and disease-free survival of patients with high SKAP2 expression were significantly reduced.Conclusion:SKAP2 is highly expressed in OV tissues, its expression level is closely related to the prognosis of patients, and it is a potential target for the prognosis evaluation and treatment of OV survival.
