Status and Influencing Factors of Hospital Discharge Readiness in Patients with Chronic Viral Hepatitis B

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of hospital discharge readiness in patients with chronic viral hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:A total of 98 patients with CHB were selected by convenience sampling method,all of whom were hospitalized in infection department of China Pingmei Shenma Group General Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023.The influencing factors of discharge readiness of CHB patients and were investigated.Results:The total score of discharge readiness of CHB patients was(160.09±18.44)points;univariate analysis showed that the discharge readiness of CHB patients was related to residence,per capita monthly family income and education level(P＜0.05).There were positive correlation between self-efficacy,quality of discharge guidance and total score of discharge readiness in CHB patients(P＜0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that residence,quality of discharge guidance,per capita monthly family income,self-efficacy and education level were all high risk factors affecting the discharge readiness of CHB patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The discharge readiness of CHB patients is affected by residence,discharge guidance quality,family per capita monthly income,self-efficacy and education level.
