The Value of Ultrasound Scoring and Real-Time Three-Dimensional Energy Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Dangerous Placenta Previa with Placental Implantation

Abstract：Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound scoring combined with real-time three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound in evaluating placental vascularization parameters for dangerous placenta previa with placental implantation.Methods:A total of 73 patients with dangerous placenta previa admitted to Pingdingshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023were selected as the study subjects,and all the subjects were suspected placental implantation underwent real-time three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound examination.Three dimensional energy images were obtained to evaluate placental vascularization parameters,and ultrasound evaluation was performed.The surgical pathological examination results were used as the gold standard,and the diagnostic value of ultrasound score combined with real-time three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound evaluation of placental vascularization parameters was observed and analyzed.Results:The surgical pathological examination results of 73 patients with suspected placenta previa with placental implantation showed positive results in 27 cases and negative results in 46 cases.The ultrasound score and placental vascularization parameters of patients in placental implantation group were higher than those of non-placental implantation group(P＜0.001).The diagnostic results of ultrasound scoring showed 20 positive cases and 41 negative cases.The diagnostic results of real-time three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound evaluation of placental vascularization parameters showed 21 positive cases and 43 negative cases;the diagnostic results of the combined application showed 27 positive cases and 44 negative cases.The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of joint diagnosis are higher than those of single diagnosis,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The use of ultrasound scoring combined with real-time three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound to evaluate placental vascularization parameters in the preoperative diagnosis of dangerous placenta previa with placental implantation has high diagnostic efficacy.
