Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of time node-oriented in-hospital rapid first aid mode in patients with acute stroke. Methods:Between January 2023 and January 2024,a total of 60 patients diagnosed with acute stroke were enrolled in the study. These patients were randomly assigned to either the control group or the observation group via lot-drawing,with 30 participants in each group. The control group received standard first aid interventions, whereas the observation group was provided with time node-oriented in-hospital rapid first aid interventions.Comparisons were made between the two groups regarding rescue time indicators(including time from arrival to medical attention,CT scan duration, and thrombolysis waiting time),intervention efficacy, and complication rates. Results:The time from arrival to medical attention,CT scan duration, and thrombolysis waiting time in the observation group were(1.67±0.15)min,(20.66±4.76)min and(40.77±5.34)min,respectively,compared with that in the control group(2.98±0.43)min,(29.45±4.89)min and(48.97±5.22)min.And the number of complications in the observation group was 5 cases(16.67%)lower than 12 cases(40.00%)in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.755,7.055,6.014;χ2=4.022;P<0.001);the total effective rate in the observation group was 25 cases(83.33%),which was higher than 18 cases(60.00%)in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.022;P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the time node-oriented in-hospital rapid first aid mode in patients with acute stroke can optimize the emergency rescue process and improve the rescue efficiency.
