Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of combined cognitive perceptual dysfunction training and sensorimotor training on the rehabilitation outcomes of patients with schizophrenia. Methods:A total of 100 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from September 2021 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table, with 50 patients in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation care, while the observation group underwent cognitive perceptual dysfunction training combined with sensorimotor training. Before and after the intervention, the psychiatric symptom scores,Montreal Cognitive Assessment scores, and schizophrenia patient quality of life scores were compared between the two groups. Results:The observation group exhibited lower scores for psychiatric symptoms and higher scores on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment compared to the control group, while demonstrating lower quality of life scores, with all differences statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive perceptual dysfunction training combined with sensorimotor training applied to patients with schizophrenia not only effectively improves their psychiatric symptoms but also significantly enhances their cognitive function and quality of life.
