Analysis of Rehabilitation Services Provided by a Family Physician to a Home-Bed Patient with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract:A case study was conducted involving a home-bed patient with post-stroke sequelae treated by a family physician in collaboration with a rehabilitation technician.The analysis examined the continuity of family physician services and the monitoring and management of adverse reactions during home-bed treatment,focusing on professional rehabilitation therapy,safety and emergency management,psychological counseling,and social support.It explores the practical implementation of the"3+X"family physician team service model,providing evidence for delivering high-quality home-based rehabilitation medical services to patients with post-stroke sequelae.
