Research Progress of Cryoablation Combined with Immunization and Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract：Cryoablation for non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)uses ultra-low temperature to destroy the structure and function of tumor cells and induce tumor cell death,while releasing antigens to activate the body's immune system and promote the body's anti-tumor immune response.Immunotherapy enhances the recognition and killing effect of T cells on tumor cells by modulating immune cells in tumor microenvironment.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment could effectively improve the immune function of patients with NSCLC.The activation of immune system by cryoablation and the regulation of immune function by TCM are synergistic with immunotherapy.Therefore,the pairwise combination of cryoablation,immunotherapy and TCM in the treatment of NSCLC are reviewed.
