Abstract:Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of Triglyceride glucose product(TyG)index,Homocysteine(Hcy)combined with monocyte count/high density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio(MHR)in the severity of coronary artery lesion in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods:The clinical data of 125 patients with CHD admitted to the Department of Cardiology,Daye People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients' coronary artery score(Gensini score)was evaluated at admission.A total of 82 patients with Gensini score ≤ 60 were included in the mild to moderate group, and 43 patients with Gensini score>60 were included in the severe group.Comparing the levels of TyG index,MHR,and Hcy between two groups of patients, analyzing the influencing factors of the severity of coronary artery disease in CHD patients, sharing the correlation between TyG index,Hcy,MHR and Gensini score in CHD patients, and analyzing the diagnostic value of TyG index,Hcy,and MHR combined for detecting the severity of coronary artery disease in CHD patients. Results:The TyG index,Hcy,and MHR levels in the severe group were higher than those in the mild to moderate group, and the differences were statistically significant(t=7.872,9.615,7.903,P<0.001).The TyG index,Hcy,and MHR are all factors that affect the severity of coronary artery disease in CHD patients(P<0.001).There was a positive correlation between Gensini score and TyG Index,Hcy,MHR(r=0.672,0.591,0.635,P<0.05).The area under curve(AUC)of single and combined detection of TyG Index,Hcy and MHR were 0.762,0.658,0.672 and 0.875,respectively.The predictive value of combined detection was significantly better than that of single index(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TyG Index,Hcy and MHR has a good clinical value in diagnosing the severity of coronary artery lesion in CHD patients.
