Clinical Observation on Wenjing Quyu Decoction in Treating Irregular Menstruation of Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the clinical treatment effect of Wenjing Quyu Decoction on cold coagulation and blood stasis type of irregular menstruation.Methods:From January to December 2023,58 patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome of irregular menstruation admitted to the sample hospital,who were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,each of 29 cases.The control group was treated with routine sequential therapy of estrogen progestogen,and the observation group was treated with Wenjing Quyu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,endomet thickness,quality of life,clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate,TCM syndrome scoring,improvement of endometrial thickness and quality of life score were significantly better in the observation group than in control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05);in terms of safety,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate of follow-up in the observation group were lower than in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Wenjing Quyu Decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients with cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome of irregular menstruation,promoteometrial repair,improve clinical symptoms,enhance the quality of life of patients,relieve negative emotions,and has good safety and low long-term recurrence rate.
