Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of stage Ⅰ comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation nursing on postoperative residual risk in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:Totally 54 patients with AMI who received PCI in Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University from January 2024 to June 2024 were selected, and divided into experimental group and control group, with 27 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing in department of cardiovascular medicine after PCI,while the experimental group received stage Ⅰ comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the nursing regimen in the control group. The non-invasive cardiac output monitoring(ICG)results[systemic vascular resistance(SVR),stroke index(SI),stroke volume(SV),global ejection fraction(GEF),cardiac output(CO),cardiac function index(CI)]before discharge were observed in these two groups to compare the differences in SF-36 quality of life questionnaire(SF-36)score and 6-minute walking test(6MWT)before and after nursing. Results:The SVR in experimental group was lower than that in control group, while the SI,SV,ACI,GEF,CO and CI of the experimental group were higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The 6MWT length and SF-36 score in both groups after nursing were increased compared with those before nursing, and the indicators in experimental group were higher compared to control group, and the difference had none statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stage Ⅰ comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation nursing is helpful to improve cardiac function and hemodynamics in patients with AMI receiving PCI,restore the exercise ability and enhance the quality of life.
