Abstract:Objective:To explore the influence of individualized intervention based on exercise prescription(FITT-VP)on motor function, quality of life and complications of elderly patients with hip fracture after operation. Methods:According to the random number table,68 patients with hip fracture in Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into routine group(n=34)and study group(n=34).The routine group was given routine rehabilitation intervention. The study group received individualized intervention based on FITT-VP on the basis of routine group. After 3 months, the exercise compliance, hip function, balance function, walking function, quality of life and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The exercise compliance rate of patients in the study group was higher than that in the routine group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the routine group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The joint activity, pain degree, joint function and deformity score in Harris hip function scale(HSS)in the study group were higher than those in the routine group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The Berg balance scale(BBS)score, the scores of physical, environmental, psychological and social relationships of the quality of life measurement scale(WHO QOL-BREF)of the study group was higher than that of the routine group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Time up and go test(TUGT)time of study group was shorter than that of routine group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized intervention based on FITT-VP can improve the exercise compliance of elderly patients with hip fracture after operation, promote the recovery of patients' balance ability, walking ability and hip function, improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of complications.
