Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of different lipid-lowering drugs on cardiovascular events in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)complicated with hyperlipidemia during the vulnerable period. Methods:A total of 80 patients with CHF complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to the Guangchang County People's Hospital,Jiangxi Province, from January 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into 2 groups by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment. The control group was treated with atorvastatin, and the study group was treated with rosuvastatin. The blood lipid levels, inflammatory indicators, cardiac function indicators, adverse reactions, and rehospitalization rate during the vulnerable period and major adverse cardiac events(MACE)of patients in these two groups were compared. Results:After 3 months of treatment, the levels of triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),the rehospitalization rate and the incidence of MACE of the study group were all lower than the control group, while the levels of high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the study group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between these two groups, the differences were statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with atorvastatin, rosuvastatin is more beneficial for lowering blood lipid levels, reducing inflammatory responses, improving cardiac function in patients with CHF combined with hyperlipidemia, and can reduce rehospitalization and the occurrence of MACE during the vulnerable period.
