Abstract:Objective:To observe the application effect of soft channel hematoma puncture drainage surgery(SCPD)on patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage(HBGH).Methods:A total of 100 HBGH patients admitted to Zhengzhou Yihe Hospital from June 2020 to October 2023 were selected as research subjects.A double-blind sampling method was used, and a computer random grouping method was used to generate random sequences and assign them for concealment. They were divided into a conventional group(n=50)and an SCPD group(n=50).The conventional group received conventional hematoma removal surgery, while the SCPD group received SCPD surgery. The treatment status, inflammatory indicators, neurological function indicators, and incidence of surgical complications were compared between the two groups of patients. Results:After the operation, the treatment conditions of patients in the SCPD group were all better than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory indicators of patients in the SCPD group were all better than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The inflammatory indicators of patients in the SCPD group were all better than those in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the SCPD group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:SCPD can improve the hematoma clearance rate of HBGH patients and accelerate the postoperative recovery process, which has a positive significance in reducing patients'inflammatory response, promoting neurological function recovery, and reducing the risk of complications.
