Application of Ultra Fine Membrane Anatomy in Thyroid Cancer Resection

Abstract：Objective:To observe the application effect of ultra fine membrane dissection technology in thyroidectomy.Methods:This study is a prospective study,with 102 thyroid cancer patients admitted to Xinyang Central Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a fine group,with 61 patients in each group,using a computer to generate random sequences and assign them for concealment.All patients underwent thyroid cancer resection treatment,and the fine group was treated with ultra-fine membrane dissection technology as an auxiliary treatment.The surgical conditions,parathyroid function,incidence of surgical complications,and disease outcomes were compared between these two groups.Results:The parathyroid hormone(PTH),blood calcium,blood phosphorus,and 25-hydroxyvitamin D3(25-OH-VD3)in the fine group 30 d after the surgery were all higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).During the follow-up period,the incidence of surgical complications in the fine group was(3.28%)lower than that in the conventional group(18.03%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Up to the follow-up,the incidence of adverse outcomes in the fine group(4.92%)was lower than the conventional group(19.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Ultra fine membrane dissection technology could effectively protect parathyroid function without affecting the treatment of thyroidectomy in patients,and has a positive significance in reducing the risk of surgical complications and improving patient outcomes.
