Abstract:Objective:To observe the application effect of the five in one comprehensive rehabilitation in the rehabilitation treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:Based on computer random grouping method,100 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the First People's Hospital of Nanyang from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research object, and divided into a conventional group and a five in one group, with 50 cases in each group. The conventional group received routine rehabilitation treatment, while the five in one group received five in one comprehensive rehabilitation treatment. After treatment, patients in both groups were followed up for one year to compare their neurological function, cognitive function, limb motor function, and prognosis.Result:The scores of neuron-specific enolase(NSE),central nervous system-specific protein(S100β),neuropeptide Y(NPY)and Neurological Deficit Scale(NIHSS)in pentagentine group were lower than those in conventional group,,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.887,3.420,3.958,3.073;P<0.05).The scores of minimum mental state examination(MMSE)and Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)in the five in one group were higher than those in the conventional group at the 6th and 12th months of follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.025,2.949,2.984,2.696;P<0.05).The Fugl-Meyer assessment upper limbs(FMA-UL)and Fugl-Meyer assessment lower limbs(FMA-LL)scores of the five-group were higher than those of the conventional group at 6 and 12 months of follow-up,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.413,2.399,2.682,2.957;P<0.05).The incidence of adverse prognosis in the quintuple group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.162;P<0.05).Conclusion:The five in one comprehensive rehabilitation could improve the neurological and cognitive functions of patients with cerebral infarction, and has a positive significance in promoting limb function recovery and reducing the risk of adverse prognosis.
