Abstract:Objective:To explore the related influencing factors of violent behavior in patients with schizophrenia(SP).Methods:A total of 98 SP patients admitted to Zhumadian Psychiatric Hospital from June 2021 to July 2023 were selected to investigate whether they had violent behaviors. Those who had violent behaviors were included in the occurrence group, and those who did not have violent behaviors were included in the non-occurrence group. The data of the two groups were compared.Logistic regression analysis was used to screen the risk factors affecting violent behavior in SP patients. Results:The incidence of violence in SP patients was 38.78%.Univariate analysis showed that age, educational level,doctor-patient relationship, family history, previous history of violent behavior, involuntary admission, personality and disease type were related to the occurrence of violent behavior in SP patients(P<0.05).Gender,marital status and occupational type were not related to the incidence of violence in SP patients(P>0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that:aged 18-40,education level high school or below, poor doctor-patient relationship, family history, previous history of violent behavior, involuntary admission to hospital, introverted, adolescent, paranoid disease was a high risk factor for violent behavior in SP patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:SP patients are prone to violent behavior, which is the result of multiple factors, and it is possible to prevent or reduce violent behavior by formulating corresponding countermeasures and interventions according to various risk factors.
