Abstract:Objective:To analyze the correlation between self-perceived burden, social support and disease perception in patients with diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods:From February 2023 to April 2024,120 patients with DR Admitted to our hospital were selected as the study objects.Self-perceived burden scale(SPB)was used to evaluate the current self-perceived burden of patients, and they were divided into mild group, moderate group and severe group according to the degree of self-perceived burden. The patients in three groups were further compared with the general data, social support degree[social support rating scale(SSRS)]and disease perception[simple disease perception questionnaire(BIPQ)],and the relationship between self-perceived burden, social support and disease perception was analyzed. Results:The SPB score of 120 patients with DR was 23-45 points, with an average of(38.25±3.42)points,of which 37 cases(30.83%)were mild,65 cases(54.17%)were moderate, and 18 cases(15.00%)were severe.Compared with the mild and moderate groups, the SSRS score in the severe group was lower, and the moderate group was lower than the mild group, the difference was statistically significant(F=61.353,P<0.05).BIPQ scores in mild and moderate groups and severe groups were higher, and moderate group was higher than mild group, the difference was statistically significant(F=102.013,P<0.05);Kendall tau-b correlation analysis showed that the perceived burden of DR Patients was negatively correlated with social support(r=-0.586,P<0.05),and positively correlated with disease perception(r=0.670,P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-perceived burden of DR Patients is at the medium level, which is closely related to social support and disease perception.
