Analysis of the Effects of Zishen Yangtai Decoction on Endometrial Receptivity,Ovarian Blood Flow,and Pregnancy Rates in Patients with Thin Endometrium-Related Infertility

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effects of Zishen Yangtai Decoction as an adjunctive therapy on endometrial receptivity,ovarian blood flow,and pregnancy rates in patients with thin endometrium-related infertility.Methods:A total of 80 patients with thin endometrium-related infertility admitted to the selected sample hospital from Feburary 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(treated with estradiol valerate,40 cases)and an experimental group(treated with estradiol valerate combined with Zishen Yangtai Decoction as adjunctive therapy,40 cases)using the random number grouping method.The overall response rate,pregnancy rate,and ovarian blood flow and endometrial receptivity were compared between the two groups of patients with thin endometrium infertility.Results:The experimental group showed superior endometrial receptivity indices,improved blood flow indices,overall efficacy rates,and pregnancy success rates compared to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Zishen Yangtai Tang can effectively promote endometrial receptivity in patients with thin endometrium infertility,improve ovarian blood flow,and increase pregnancy rates.
