Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of intermediate frequency electric-impulse stimulation complicated by rehabilitation training on the rehabilitation of hemiplegic patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:According to the random number table method,100 cases of cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia patients admitted to Jiyuan Second People's Hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected and assigned to two groups(50 cases in each group). The patients of control group were provided with rehabilitation training, and the patients of observation group adopted intermediate frequency electric-impulse stimulation plus rehabilitation training. The comparisons were performed on limb movement function, walking ability, balance ability, activity of daily life, and survival quality in both groups. Results:The observation group obtained higher upper and lower limb scores of Fugl-Meyer Motor Function Assessment Scale(FMA)than the control group after intervention, the differences were statistically significant(t=7.024,7.456;P<0.05);the observation group had higher Functional Ambulation Category(FAC)and Berg Balance Scale(BBS)scores compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=4.521,6.929;P<0.05);the observation group achieved higher Barthel index and World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)scores than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(t=9.652,8.087,7.874,6.046,6.014;P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermediate frequency electric-impulse stimulation complicated by rehabilitation training for cerebral hemorrhage hemiplegia patients could promote the recovery of walking ability, balance ability and limb movement function, and improve the survival quality.
