Observations on the Effectiveness of Applying Sindilizumab Combined with Albumin Paclitaxel Combined with Oxaliplatin Chemotherapeutic Regimen in Advanced Gastric Cancer Patients

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effect of sindilizumab combined with albumin paclitaxel+oxaliplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 90 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to Anyang Regional Hospital of Puyang City from June 2022 to January 2024 were retrospectively analyzed and grouped according to treatment methods.45 patients who received albumin paclitaxel+oxaliplatin chemotherapy regimen were included in the control group,and 45 patients who received sindilizumab combined with albumin paclitaxel+oxaliplatin chemotherapy were included in the observation group.Clinical efficacy,toxic side effects,tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),glycan antigen(CA)199,CA724],immune function[CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+],and inflammatory factors[interleukin(IL)-9,IL-12,interferon(IFN)-γ,and IL-13]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The differences in objective effective rate(ORR)and disease control rate(DCR)between the two groups were statistically significant(χ2=4.464,4.444;P＜0.05).After treatment,CEA,CA724 and CA199 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=15.584,11.412,18.590;P＜0.001).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,IL-12,CD4+,IFN-γ,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-9 and IL-13 were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.218,8.274,4.714,8.731,2.683,10.827,10.490;P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of toxic side effects between the two groups(χ2=0.498,0.549,0.338,0.909,0.714,0.278;P＞0.05).Conclusion:Sindilizumab combined with albumin paclitaxel combined with oxaliplatin has remarkable efficacy in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer,which can inhibit the progression of the disease,reduce the inflammatory response in the body,and to a certain extent,can also alleviate the impairment of immune function.
