Abstract:Objective:To investigate the efficacy of sequential deep venous cannulation fluid resuscitation with bone marrow cavity infusion in patients with traumatic hemorrhagic shock(HTS)and its effect on hemodynamics and electrolyte levels. Methods:A total of 90 cases of HTS patients admitted to the sample hospital from February 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into the central group and the sequential group, with 45 cases in each group. In the central group, central venous puncture was used to establish infusion access, and in the sequential group, fluid resuscitation was performed by bone marrow cavity infusion and sequential deep venous cannulation.Puncture/catheterization and rescue, fluid resuscitation, hemodynamics, and electrolyte levels were compared between these two groups. Results:The success rate of one-time puncture/tube placement of patients in the sequential group was higher than that of the central group, the time for successful establishment of vascular access and the time for blood pressure rebound were lower in the sequential group than in the central group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the level of heart rate of patients in the sequential group was lower than that of the central group, and the level of mean arterial pressure and oxygen saturation was higher than that of the central group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sequential deep venous cannulation for fluid resuscitation with bone marrow cavity infusion in patients with HTS can regulate hemodynamics and electrolyte levels, improve fluid resuscitation, increase the success rate of one-time puncture/catheterization and the success rate of resuscitation, and improve the clinical efficacy.
