Abstract:Objective:To study the predictive value of initial arterial oxygen partial pressure for prognosis in patients with intracardiac cardiac arrest(IHCA)after cardiopulmonary resuscitation with return of spontaneous circulation(ROSC).Methods:The clinical data of 150 patients with IHCA and ROSC after cardiopulmonary resuscitation rescued by Hebi People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into a survival group(96 patients)and a death group(37 patients)according to whether they could survive for 48 h.The patients were divided into two groups:the survival group(96 patients)and the death group(37 patients). The value of the two groups in predicting the prognosis of IHCA patients with initial arterial oxygen partial pressure in ROSC was compared by logistic regression and subject work characteristic curve(ROC)analysis. Results:Of the total 133 patients included,96 were in the survival group and 37 in the death group. After logistic regression analysis oxygen partial pressure(OR=1.017),diabetes mellitus(OR=2.862)were the independent risk factors to predict the prognosis of patients with recovery of autonomic circulation after CPR.The two factors were plotted by plotting the area under the working curve(AUC)of the subjects'characteristics showing an AUC of 0.757 and 0.629 for partial pressure of oxygen. Finally, the initial arterial partial pressure of oxygen was shown to be related to prognosis by logistic regression predictive probability plots in patients with ROSC after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The relationship between initial arterial partial pressure of oxygen and prognosis is shown in the following table. Conclusion:Decreased initial ROSC arterial oxygen partial pressure is an independent risk factor for increased mortality in cardiopulmonary resuscitation ROSC patients, and initial ROSC arterial oxygen partial pressure has a greater value in predicting the prognosis of ROSC patients in the 48 h period.
