Abstract:Objective:Exploring the occurrence of erythromycin induced clindamycin resistance(D test)in group B streptococcus(GBS)to guide clinical doctors in rational drug use. Methods:BD bacterial identification instrument was used to detect the resistance of 39 strains of GBS isolated from Qingyuan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to clindamycin and erythromycin;K-B paper method for detecting D test. Results:GBS had high sensitivity to penicillin,ampicillin,rifampicin,teicoplanin,amoxicillin/clavulanic acid, compound sulfamethoxazole, linezolid, and vancomycin;the resistance rate of GBS to clindamycin was 28.21%,and after the induced clindamycin test(ICT)correction, the resistance rate of GBS to clindamycin was 41.03%.Conclusion:The detection of clindamycin induction test should be carried out routinely to ensure the accuracy of clindamycin resistance detection, thereby improving the correctness of clinical antibiotic use.
