Efficacy Comparison of Hemoperfusion and Hemofiltration Combined with Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Ure-mia

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the effect of hemoperfusion(HP)and hemofiltration(HF)combined with hemodialysis(HD)in the treatment of uremia(URE).Methods:A total of 97 patients with URE in the Fourth People's Hospital of Shangqiu from May 2020 to July 2023 were selected.Among them,49 cases were treated with HF+HD in the control group,and 48 cases were treated with HP+HD in the observation group.The clinical efficacy and incidence of complications were compared between these two groups,as well as the levels of renal function[β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCR),Rennin-angiotensin(RA)],hematological indexes[serum phosphorus(P3+),serum calcium(Ca2+),endothelin(ET),serum potassium(K+)]and related serum factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),interleukin(IL)-6]before and after treatment for 3 months.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.595;P＜0.05);the levels of β2-MG,BUN,Scr and RA in the observation group were lower than those in the con-trol group after 3 months of treatment(t=18.601,28.328,6.995,8.053;P＜0.001);after 3 months of treatment,the levels of P3+,ET,K+in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(t=10.515,3.728,5.923;P＜0.001);the levels of CRP,Hcy and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.592,3.000,6.369;P＜0.05);the rate of skin pruritus was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.900;P＜0.05).Con-clusion:HP combined with HD is effective in the treatment of URE,which can remove most of the toxins in the circulation of the body,and has better clinical effect.
