Abstract:Objective:To explore the effects of different fluid infusion methods on pulmonary diffusion oxygenation function, hemodynamics and early postoperative cognitive function in patients undergoing radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma. Methods:A total of 100 patients undergoing radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma admitted First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into 2 groups according to random number grouping method. The control group(50 cases)received traditional liquid therapy and the observation group(50 cases)received target oriented liquid therapy. The pulmonary diffusion and oxygenation function, hemodynamics and early postoperative cognitive function were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, oxygen partial pressure(PaO2)and respiratory index(RI)in observation group were higher than those in control group, and oxygenation index(OI)and carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)indexes were lower than those in control group, the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the central venous pressure(CVP)level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the heart index(CI)level was higher than that in the control group, the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).The mini mental state examination(MMSE)score of observation group was higher than that of control group, and the incidence of postoperative cognitive impairment(POCD)was lower than that of control group, the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional fluid therapy, target oriented fluid therapy can optimize pulmonary diffusion and oxygenation function, improve hemodynamic level, improve early postoperative cognitive function, and improve clinical efficiency.
