Abstract:Objective:To explore the application effect of precise nutritional support based on evidence-based medicine on laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer. Methods:Selecting 100 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic radical surgery treatment in The First People's Hospital of Nanyang from Januany 2020 to August 2022.According to the computer randomization method, the enrolled patients were divided into routine group and evidence-based group, with 50 cases in each group. The routine group implemented routine management, while the evidence-based group implemented precision nutritional support based on evidence-based medicine in conjunction with clinical management. All patients were followed up for one year to compare their nutritional status, immune function and survival status between the two groups. Results:Under different management plans, the serum total protein(TP),serum albumin(ALB)and serum transferrin(TRF),the immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),the functional status score(KPS)and quality of life score(QOL)of the evidence-based group were higher than those of the conventional group, and the physical condition score(ZPS)was lower than that of the conventional group, and the differences statistically significant(t=2.487,2.945,6.016,6.127,3.400,5.541,2.450,2.609,4.464;P<0.05).Conclusion:Precision nutritional support based on evidence-based medicine can improve the nutritional status and immune function of patients undergoing laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery, and has a positive significance in improving quality of life.
