Effect of General Anesthesia with Sufentanil Citrate on Hemodynamics and OAAS Score in Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Surgery for Appendicitis

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the effects of sufentanil citrate(Suf)general anesthesia on hemodynamics and Awake Sedation(OAAS)score in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for appendicitis.Method:A total of 96 patients who underwent laparoscopic appendectomy(LA)in the hospital from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group underwent surgery under fentanyl citrate(Fen)general anesthesia,while the observation group underwent surgery under Suf general anesthesia.The hemodynamics[heart rate(HR)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)]between the two groups at entry(T0),anesthesia induction(T1),intubation(T2),and skin incision(T3)were compared.At 0.5 h,1 h,and 2 h postoperatively,the consciousness status(OAAS)and pain level(NRS)between the two groups were compared.Result:The HR and MAP of the observation group during T1 were higher than those in the control group,while T2 and T3,HR and MAP of the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=6.065,4.383,2.823,3.848,3.342,2.563;P＜0.05).0.5 h,1 h and 2 h after operation,the OAAS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the NRS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.354,5.313,9.962,6.763,6.790,7.539;P＜0.001).Conclusion:Suf general anesthesia applied to LA patients can keep intraoperative hemodynamics,improve postoperative consciousness,and reduce postoperative pain.
